Your information is securely stored in encrypted format on cloud storage platforms. Offline backups may also be used periodically and these will also be encrypted.

We keep personal information for as long as we have a valid reason to do so. All personal data will be deleted or destroyed as soon as possible where it has been confirmed that there is no longer a need to retain it. We will dispose of your information by deleting it from our servers, data storage and backup systems.
